The 2 Day Challenge
I heard this idea from a YouTube blogger a couple of weeks back, and it struck me. At first, I thought it was stupid. Feeling as if it was an easy way to sell yourself out. But then, two weeks later, I have come to realize the value of it, and how I might apply it in my life.
The idea is this:
When building a habit, don’t commit to doing it for 30 days, because for many of us, this can be too big of a commitment, but simply commit to not skipping 2 days in a row.
It’s that simple.
